Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom and bulk products that can be completely customizable. We also offer any design help you may need. Check out our "Custom & Bulk Orders" tab on the menu above. Contact us at info@shopgafhome.com with details on your custom order request and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

What's the return/refund policy?

All sales are final as our products are hand crafted and made per the customers' request. For items that arrived damaged, please email us within 24hrs of the package's arrival at info@shopgafhome.com.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and create your order. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method. Typical shipping times are between 2-7 days. 

Where is the next pop-up market?

We pop up mainly in the Boston area during the summer and winter. Follow us on Instagram, @shopgafhome, and subscribe to our emails to see where we are popping up next!

Do we ship internationally?

Currently, we are shipping exclusively within the United States.
